Whether developing sustainable energy systems or developing wearable computers, ECE research efforts are dedicated to
- extending the base of knowledge,
- developing and transferring technology in support of the state's and the country's industrial activity,
- providing students with experience in cutting edge pursuits in the field.
ECE does about $25 million of funded research yearly and is the largest research program in the college. Our funding comes from industrial and government organizations.
